Kelsey is a wife to her “smokin’ hot” husband and a stay at home mom of 3 kids under 6 years old. She went to Missouri State University and majored in Psychology with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis. She’s now put her energy into philanthropy, holding board positions over the years in foster care and adoption agencies across Missouri. She is also the acting treasurer and outreach coordinator at the Lacey Elkins Foundation, specializing in mental health and substance abuse awareness.
Kelsey is a chronic oversharer, a grilled cheese connoisseur, and her volume level is simply never below an 8. She’s excited to bring these qualities to the podcast and looks forward to connecting with women from similar and different backgrounds in the chaotic beautiful mess that is sisterhood

Kayla is the wife of an incredibly supportive, “McDreamy”-level husband and a mother to one sweet boy with plans to have more. She has her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Maryville University and is currently a Bank Executive with 15+ years of banking experience. She started as a bank teller and climbed her way to the executive level through persistence, hard work, and the support of some amazing women along the way who were willing to take a chance on a young, starry-eyed girl with big dreams.
Kayla has completed 8 half marathons (at a desperately glacial pace, but finished nonetheless!) She’s a fitness enthusiast, but will trade a workout for Mexican food and ice cream every time.
A recovering perfectionist and reformed people-pleaser, Kayla is now passionate about helping women shatter glass ceilings through embracing their uniquely female qualities and skills without trying to “think like a man”.
